Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Teresa is one of the few Memphians who never received a Cadillac from Elvis. She currently makes her home in Denver, and travels all over the country making people laugh. Her stage presence and original style combined with a clean approach to humor have won her work with some of the finest clubs in the U.S., including Comedy Works in Denver, Catch A Rising Star, Las Vegas, at the MGM Grand, and Zanies in Chicago. Teresa.s television appearances include A&E.s "Evening at the Improv" and "Comedy on the Road." She has been the opener for Jerry Seinfeld, Paula Poundstone, Richard Jeni, Ellen De Generes, Kevin Nealon, Dana Carvey, and Drew Carey, among others. After seeing Teresa perform, Richard Jeni called her "the Meryl Streep of comedy."
