Change and Stress Management Keynote

In today's world career success belongs to the committed, to those who invest themselves passionately in their jobs, and who recommit quickly when change reshapes their work.

Considering the scope and speed of change these days, Albert Mensah says there will be many priceless opportunities for those of us who play by the new rules, position ourselves right, and take personal responsibility for our future.

Shake Off Your "Fear Snakes" - How to Create Assets from Adversity to Free the Opportunities of a Lifetime - Every Day!

Most of us pass up dozens of opportunities a day.countless great ideas and chances to shine and excel.

Why?

Because we're afraid of what others may think and concerned that our concepts won't "fly" because of obstacles in our paths like uncertainty and self-doubt. This blinds us to the abundant possibilities and greater success in our personal and professional lives.

Yet success in this highly innovative, change-intensive world requires that we embrace our ideas, our opportunities, being bold, "wearing different hats" and our creativity so we are ready to take advantage of the abundant opportunities available to us.

For Schools/Educational Audiences:

Leadership Speech entitled "We Are All Leaders"

No matter what we end up doing in our lives, we will need leadership qualities if we want to succeed. The time to imprint and foster these qualities is when we're young. Not everyone can be the class president, the captain of the football team or the head cheerleader, but every one of us has the opportunity to be a leader somewhere, sometime in our lives.

Standing up for one's leadership abilities is the same as taking responsibility for one's life. A leader isn't swayed by prejudice, ignorance or fear. A leader faces his or her fears and takes the path of love and compassion.

No more must we sit back and wait for someone to change things and make the world better. We each have a role to play. By learning to use every day and every experience as an opportunity to learn, we can all learn to express our leadership gifts.

Peak Performance Speech entitled "Who Are the Champions?"

This speech is shaped around opportunity, which is the central focus of Albert's work. Champions in any endeavor - athletic, scholastic, social or business - are committed to their goals and know how to maximize their opportunities.

This talk is geared towards motivating students and setting practical goals in our lives, and recognizing opportunities that otherwise might be overlooked, finding opportunities in our judgments, fears and obstacles, and developing ways to act on opportunity.

Diversity- Healing our Communities Speech entitled "We Need All of Us."

This talk is about Unity in Diversity - the importance of having all of our talents and varying viewpoints included in the mix. We are all different. We come from various racial, ethnic and religious backgrounds. We have different beliefs and philosophies. We think differently, talk differently and interact in our individual ways, but underneath it all, we want the same things.

We want to be accepted, we want to love and be loved. And as a culture, society needs all the colors to make a complete painting. Life would be boring if everybody thought and acted in the same way. Diversity is the cornerstone of the American experience.

More About Albert...

As a person who grew up in Africa, in poverty.... Opportunity was easy for Albert to spot. All he had to do was watch a movie that depicted people wearing shoes, plenty to eat, cars! For Albert, Opportunity was obvious and it was everywhere.

Many times, people who are born into such opportunity-filled-countries such as America can't always see the "Opportunities" that clearly. How can a person who is born "into it" duplicate Albert's experience? What must happen?

How can a person manufacture desire? What kind of catalyst must be introduced to trigger desire? Can people create their own catalyst that will trigger desire? If a person does NOT have the desire and necessary passion- how can they get it? How can a person factually determine if they have the desire they need? What are the characteristics of this level of success?

Albert teaches principles and skills that do the following:

·         Show people specifically how to develop and personalize a dream.

·         Show people how to identify / understand / own / personalize Opportunities that will support their dreams.

·         Show people how to turn Opportunities into accomplishments that produce RESULTS.

As a Rotarian, Albert volunteers his time in projects such as the building of the first Children's and Women's Literacy Library in Ghana, the Education of Africans on the Diabetes Crisis and bringing clean water and electricity to his village in Ghana.

..a great and inspiring speaker..
