Eva Marie is a board member of Right to the Heart Ministries, a member of AWSA (Advanced Writers & Speakers Association) and the recipient of their Member of the Year Award for 2002, the moderator of Women-Bible-Teacher eGroup (a category of Right to the Heart Ministries), a member of Florida Writers Association, facilitator and president of Word Weavers Christian Writers Group, a graduate of CLASS (Christian Leaders, Authors, Speakers Services) and a Certified Personality Trainer. She writes for several ministries and teaches Old Testament theology at Life Training Center in Longwood, Florida. Eva Marie's work includes Shadow of Dreams and its sequel Summon the Shadows, True Love: Engaging Stories of Real-Life Proposals, One True Vow (Promise Press 2000, 2001). She is a contributing author to a number of other publications, and has worked as an editor and taught at various writer's workshops and seminars.

Eva Marie grew up in a rural southern town in Georgia just outside of Savannah. She is married, has four children and three grandchildren, and lives in Central Florida.
