Through his management consulting firm, Integrity Development, he has had the privilege of working with corporate clients that include Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Maytag International, Lexmark International, Reynolds & Reynolds, Plante & Moran LLP, Mercy Health Partners, Dayton Technologies and Huntington Bank.

Biography

 

As the President and CEO of Integrity Development, Ellis has conducted national and regional keynote addresses for organizations such as the American Association of Architects, the Columbus Urban League and the National Food and Marketing Institute.  On the local level, he has moderated the Common Ground broadcasts for ABC affiliate WCPO-TV and WCET-TV, and has spoken to a wide range of groups including the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Chambers of Commerce, the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association, and many different educational institutions.  He has recently published an article titled .The Seven Principles of Inclusion. which explores the practical application of managing inclusion.

 

Previously, Ellis had been Managing Director of Inroads Greater Cincinnati/Dayton, a training and development organization, and Program Director for the University of Cincinnati.s Division of Evening College and Continuing Education.  He has a M.A. in Planning from the University of Cincinnati where he also completed two years of post-graduate studies focused on organizational development.  His B.A. is in Business from Wright State University where he was a member of their NCAA Division II National Championship Basketball team.

 

The recipient of many awards, Ellis has received a State of Ohio Governor.s Citation, recognition for leadership by former President Bush.s Point of Light Foundation and the designation as Greater Cincinnati.s Big Brother of the Year, 1991.  He has also been named one of the Outstanding Young Men of America and one of Cincinnati.s Emerging New Leaders by Applause magazine.

 

A leader in his professional field, Ellis also has a strong and enduring relationship with community service in the Greater Cincinnati area.  He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Fine Arts Fund and the Playhouse in the Park, the Wright State University Alumni Association, and co-chairs the Introducing Greater Cincinnati program. He is a member of the Underground Railroad Freedom Center Community Advisory Board and Leadership Cincinnati Steering Committee.  As a hobby he loves to sing and write music and has had the honor of singing the National Anthem at a Cincinnati Reds Baseball Game.
