About Christine Fellingham...

Christine Fellingham spent more than a dozen years as a senior editor at the top women's magazines honing her style, fashion, beauty, health and image expertise. She distinguished herself early in her career as the "Do's and Don'ts" guru at Glamour magazine. conceiving, shooting and writing one of the magazine.s funniest and most popular columns.

While at Glamour, she also dedicated herself to the more serious side of her subject matter by doing  consumer reporting on the worlds of fashion and beauty (including cosmetic surgery and dermatology) and became one of the youngest senior editors in the magazine's history. She developed investigative columns on both subjects that earned her several national journalism awards, including two Golden Triangle Awards from the American Academy of Dermatology as well as a Matrix Award from Women in Communications for a series of fashion investigations.

With her reputation as a thinking woman's beauty and fashion expert well established, she was  approached in 1999 to be one of the senior editors for the highly-anticipated launch of The Oprah Winfrey Magazine. and accepted the position as Beauty Director. In that capacity, she planned, produced and wrote all of the beauty coverage for Ms Winfrey-- including the highly-touted makeover stories which emphasized the goal of transforming your appearance in order to become the most effective version of yourself. She also wrote dozens of articles exploring the latest plastic surgery techniques and their impact on women and spoke on behalf of the magazine on how to reach the American woman in front of countless beauty industry executives.

Throughout her career, Christine has sought to show people how they can use their outward appearance as a tool to market their  inner skills and become more confident and successful in their personal and professional lives. The birth of her second daughter several years ago prompted a move back to her less hectic hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, where Christine, who recently had a third daughter, continues to be a contributor to Glamour, The Oprah Magazine, Health, More, and Shop Etc., in addition to writing a bi-weekly column, "Style Matters," for The Louisville Courier Journal (which is often picked up by other Gannett papers nationally).

Her expertise and entertaining speaking style have earned her appearances on CNN, Good Day New York and radio programs like The Jane  Norris show as well as engagements for such highly-regarded companies such as Proctor and Gamble. She brings extreme enthusiasm and energy to everything she does and looks forward to the opportunity to get out from behind her computer!
